We can maintain any gates including Swing gates sliding gates, tracked gates, cantilever gates and all electric automated gates even if we didn’t design, fabricate and install your gates originally.

To be covered against unforeseen breakdowns and to ensure gate systems comply with manufacturer warranty and HSE Regulations, the KLH Maintenance Division offer a comprehensive 3 year maintenance plan that starts 12 months after installation.

The 3-year plan includes:

Priority Break Down Assistance

All packages are charged annually and include all travel and labour maintenance costs. If replacement parts are required, there will be an extra charge unless covered under manufacturer warranty.

The Importance of Gate Maintenance

Many factors can see the operation of your electric gates deteriorate over time, but with proper maintenance, these factors are reduced giving you peace of mind that your gate is operating safely.

For example, if you have underground operators, which most gates do, a common problem is the drainage getting blocked with debris. Depending on who has installed the system there might not be any drainage to begin with, which can cause the boxes to flood with water. The result is usually that your gate motors will be submerged in water for extended periods. This is not good for the longevity and operation of the system and will over time, require expensive repairs and even a complete replacement of the motors.

With our annual service packages, severe cases can usually be identified early and rectified before needing to replace the motors.
